I loved receiving a call from Anna’s mum asking us if we would be able to style her daughter’s 21st. Anna is a devoted gamer, so much so that she studies it at University, so naturally the theme evolved around her favourite games – Far Cry, Dead Island and Mad Max (all the gory ones!). In amongst my searching for a dessert bar backdrop, I found this fantastic Xbox poster that was personalised and framed for Anna to keep. I think the zombie cake, expertly created by Velvetier, couldn’t have been more perfect. Anna, who also loves lollies, requested a colour theme of red, green, purple and bright blue, this carried over to dress the long dining table, balloons and cushions around the pool furniture.
