Wedding and Corporate Event Styling – How we can help
Hello! If you are recently engaged, a big congratulations to you. Or, perhaps your boss has put you in charge of styling the annual ball or awards evening this year? No need to stress, we love a good party and we’ve got your back so you can impress the socks off your boss!
Our styling services are for clients that are not only looking for practical and cohesive styling solutions but appreciate the overall ambience and visual impact that thoughtful styling can bring. Our clients normally have an idea of what they’d like, but just need some assistance to bring their vision to life, and that’s where we can help.
We’re here to guide you through the process, help curate your wedding or event that reflects your style or company ethos, search and source items from trusted suppliers, and liaise with your venue and/or wedding planner. We take care of all the heavy lifting and trust us, there is a lot, create hand-selected florals and execute a fully styled set up and pack down.
We take care of it all with an exceptional eye for detail so that you, your family, and guests can walk into a transformed space with far less stress and zero sweat!
What’s included when hiring us to style your wedding or corporate event:
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence
- 2 hr consultation in-person in our showroom, via Zoom and/or at the venue or property
- Custom mood board and styling proposal which includes colour themes, decor + furniture + prop suggestions, and floral design suggestions.
- Detailed itemised quote
- Sourcing and liaising with other vendors for specialty hire items such as props, furniture, lighting installations, and balloon artists.
- Custom graphic design and print management services for stationery and signage
- Floor plan if required
- Mockup of your centrepieces when possible
- We liaise with your venue coordinator or wedding planner
- Packing, loading, securing loads, and unloading of the truck x 4 or x 6 depending on 2 locations. This alone can take anywhere from 6 – 10hours with 2 team members.
- Team of experienced stylists to set up your event. For weddings; this includes your ceremony location including all arbours, florals, chairs, runners, signage, etc. Set up of your reception including all linens, cutlery, chargers, table numbers, centrepieces, favours, name cards, menu cards, backdrops, lighting, cake table, guest book/wishing well table, cake florals, lounge furniture, trees, botanical/floral installations, props and all signage.
- We return either late at night or early morning to pack down and return to Adorn HQ to unload. The following day we return any sub hired items.
- We clean linens, hand wash charger plates, clean vases plus remove wax off candle holders. Pack everything back up and return everything to storage.
On average, depending on what is involved, location, number of staff needed, etc, our wedding and corporate event styling services are $1,100-$1760 including GST for the styling inclusive of all of the above. All hire and floral items are an additional charge.
For weddings, we suggest allocating a budget of approximately $5,500 – $7,700 including GST to style your ceremony, reception, and all florals including bouquets. Of course, we also cater to smaller, intimate weddings and corporate events with a minimum investment of $2,200 including GST.
Luxury weddings are approximately $25K+ depending on high-end furniture and decor selection, the amount and size of floral installations requested plus the number of florists and days of preparation required.
